Is anyone else finding ticketmaster a really poor system?

There used to be a separate section to look for resale tickets. I am an offical member but cannot find this, or is it just part of them main ticketing portal now?

Ticket Resale – Purchasing

To access tickets available via our resale platform, head to eticketing.co.uk/evertonfc and click the ‘Log In’ button in the top right of the screen.

If you are already logged in at evertonfc.com this will automatically sign you in to your ticketing account. If you are not already logged in, you will be prompted to log in or create a Digital account.

Then, click on Match Tickets & Stadium Tours at the top of the page. Click on ‘Home Premier League Games’, select the relevant fixture and click ‘See Availability’.

To view seats available via resale you will need to toggle on ‘Include Resale Tickets’ from the menu on the left-hand side.

Any block with availability will be highlighted in blue and any block without availability will be greyed out. Click on the required block to view the available seats. Available seats will be highlighted, while again, unavailable seats will be greyed out.

Select the desired seats individually and then click ‘Add’ to add these to your basket. Once the tickets are in the basket, they will automatically be assigned to the supporter number of the account you are logged in with.

Should you wish for the seats to be reassigned to another Official Member, simply click ‘re-assign’ and the ‘My Network’ list will pop up for you to choose from.

Once all tickets are assigned correctly, click on ‘Proceed To Checkout’.

Select the card type you wish to pay with and enter the card details. Then click ‘Review Order’ and follow the on-screen instructions to complete your purchase.

Once purchased, tickets will be available either as a Digital ticket that can be downloaded to a mobile device, or a PDF e-Ticket which can be printed off.

Not really. Keep your eyes open in the ticket thread, quite a few pop up in there for home games. You can even try asking for a specific game rather than waiting for somebody to advertise the tickets.

Plus they're normally cheaper than the resale part of the website.

One note of caution: I wouldn't risk dealing with anyone who is new here or has a low 'player valuation' on there profile.
