How satisfied are you with Moyes' second reign so far?

I’m satisfied with him. Where he frustrates is the rigidity in team selection and substitutions despite evidence to the contrary. I feel it’s cost us being top 3 or 4. I’m serious. We’ve shot ourselves in the foot so many times this season and against weak sides. Completely unnecessary.

That said, I’m beyond grateful for the stability, that we don’t even talk relegation anymore, and the confidence he’s instilled in our players. Although we’ve been spiraling for years, when you look at it in only a year or so he’s done some great things for us. I appreciate him and feel he was the right hire and the results are clear. But long-term his age and comfortable and predictable line-ups will hold us back.

When all is said and done at around 11 minutes this afternoon our fans were singing the Davey Moyes song. You may be thinking “why is that relevant?” Fact is, us sat watching illegal streams bitching is irrelevant, he has the hardcore of the base, they’re the most important opinions, they aren’t crying on the internet every Saturday during the match. They’re the ones with opinions which actually count. Trolls online don’t count.
 
Like the fact we're no longer prime relegation candidates, but my vote is neutral because of his almost comical stubbornness regarding team selections and substitutions. We're not going to drop, so my vote would nudge upward if he'd just be more adventurous.

End of contract I think, but after the world cup, there may be some managerial talent around

Tuchel or the return or Ancelotti

Don't play FIFA, want fellow blues to experience the joys of a Rotterdam final like in my profile picture and for that you have to aim for excellence not the satisfaction of this is where we are at the moment and that is enough. 😉
 
Very satisfied overall. Obviously been some downs, poor performances and results, and would like to be doing better at BMD, but you can't complain at where he's got us considering where we've been for years. Maybe not the man to take us forward, but not sure who else we would legitimately have a chance of getting who would actually take us forward...
 
If he gets Europe then after the season I will move to very satisfied, even if the home form doesn't pick up.

Just can't do that whilst the season is ongoing and it feels we're playing with the handbrake on.
