Pragmatic enough to recognise defence is important and has shown he is a shrewd organiser.
Expects his players to put in a shift and work hard for the team.
Plays a relatively easy on the eye style.

We've conceded 6 in our last three, against Villa, Lincoln and Wolves. The defence still isn't excellent. Those throws always seem to cause us an issue, we definitely need to work on them.

That being said, the Wolves game was probably the first time he's started a game with his first choice XI (in my opinion).

No I didn't. I simply stated a fact regarding HK. In my view managers must be afforded time to develop their squads.
