In all seriousness I'm fairly sure that site is some European lads who put down what they reckon players are worth based on their own knowledge. Nothing particularly wrong with it, but not exactly a reliable source.

We refused to sell a 29 year old Baines for 12-15 last summer, how would Coleman at 25 only be 10m?

He's worth 20m minimum given his current form.

value and current form is different thing, dont get me wrong though - for us he's worth much more than £10m...and i wouldnt even consider of selling him.
