PS thank you David Moyes and your team of scouts. Left us with one hell of a player. Wouldn't surprise me if he came knocking in the summer.

Awesome player and great guy. Love'd him since I saw him go mad at P.Neville last season after doing one of his usual [Poor language removed] lobbed passes to no-one. Also when we score he goes mad, future captain I say. 60 grand

Word.

So good that so many players seem to be stepping up and taking on responsibility. Baines, who I never thought would make a good captain as he's too quiet, launching into Arteta yesterday in defence of Ross. Barry who is just a calming influence on the entire team, McCarthy definitely is future captain material, Coleman is just the ultimate professional and a genuinely class player, T-How is getting better and better.

Hi little tricks are alright but it's his sheer inability to fully explain the emotion of scoring for the best team in the world so he just starts kicking stuff or running in the wrong direction that is ace. I've been practising kicking things for months now

Tbf iirc Celtic declined his services and handed him on plate to Moyes. Imo it's fairly clear that after installing some defensive discipline early-doors, Moyes and Neville then held Seamus back, 'criminally' in Nevilles case, using him a a scape-goat for hospital passes to make his own stat's look better, and i'll never forgive Neville as captain for taking the ball of him for a cheap shot whilst Coleman was pulling the trigger after doing a lot of work to get to that position...

Bobby knows how boss he is.....
"One of the best full-backs in world football"

To viewers across the footballing world, Seamus Coleman’s repertoire of tricks and skills against Arsenal on Sunday were astonishing.

The right-back’s nutmeg of Santi Cazorla, and subsequent ball-juggling antics as he roared up the Goodison pitch were so eye-catching they even became a viral video hit on the internet.

But for the man who has nurtured those flamboyant qualities from Coleman this season, along with the defensive steel which has led him to regard him as one of the top flight’s best full-backs, they were no surprise.

Roberto Martinez has long ago noted Coleman’s technical gift, and is simply delighted with how the 25-year-old continues to express himself more and more with such aplomb.

“It’s that good arrogance – the footballing arrogance,” says Martinez of the Republic of Ireland international.

“You can’t teach that. Seamus has had that for a long, long time, it’s just being able to express himself like that on top of all his duties and the responsible things he has to do for the team.

“Seamus is a good example of a footballer with an incredible attitude and appetite for the game. He grows month by month. He’s one of the best full-backs in world football.

“I haven’t done anything to coax that out of him per se. He knows his potential. He plays in a demanding position which needs you to be so good in many areas.

“Seamus has got all the attributes so it’s just carrying on making the right decisions week in week out and performing like he has. He influenced John Stones and young men around him.”

he is the boss man's boss!

but i think there will be some VERY serious intrest in him in the summer. over to you bill! FFS!
