kid who's here at the moment has just got back from watching his sister in the handball, he met Jess Ennis and Usain, Both wearing their Golds as well. I pressed him for info but he was more excited about the fact that his sister had a Free McDonalds pass.

I'm in Nerja, Spain right now. Lucky enough to be able to spend a month here. Bought my Malaga tickets at their ground last Monday. Might be able to have a pint with Zed in a couple of weeks too, hopefully.

Go to the Caves mate. They are incredible. And there is the best ice cream stall ever at the main square.
