Did you know hitler had a cousin who lived in Liverpool. Dont know if he was a scouser but i read an article about it a few years ago
He was a rs, lived in Stanhope St, hot bed of rs nazi-ism that Stanhope St.*
*note; not all of the above may be true...but hitler was a kopite deffo...I mean stands to reason, what else would a bad meff like that be.
 
In the 60's the American air force set up a simulation war game exercise to practice defending their country against Russian invasion. The RAF sent 8 vulcan bombers to be the russian side. Only one got shot down and the RAF nuked new york.

The Americans said it was a fluke and restarted the war games. It happened again.
These were part of the Sky Shield exercises, but there were examples in Northern Europe too. The V-Force, in most cases, met their objectives with relative ease.

The Vulcans went off their agreed/scheduled flight paths (the Yanks didn't like this), flew aggressively and used our superior counter-measures to evade capture.

It also highlighted a combination of US arrogance and poor planning, with their assumptions based on very limited criteria (intelligence and beliefs).
