Can anyone tell me the original artists (or at least the artists who sing the songs at celtic matches) of the following songs:

Four Leaf Clover
It's A Grand Old Team

I would appreciate any help. Thank You.

I know Billy Maher does Everton’s version of Grand Old Team.

The original version of GOT that is played at Celtic Park was recorded by Glenn Daly in 1961.

As for Four Leaf Clover on my Breast, Derek Warfield has recorded this, but I don't know if it is his or (more likely) an earlier recording that is played.

"I'm Looking Over a Four Leaf Clover" is a song from 1927, written by Mort Dixon with music by Harry M. Woods. The original hit recordings of the song were made in 1927 by Nick Lucas, Ben Bernie, and Jean Goldkette.

Grand old team is the song played over the public address system at Celtic Park, Glasgow when the Scottish football team Celtic run onto the pitch before kick-off. Part of the song is set to an arrangement of part of the tune of "With cat-like tread", from the 1879 Gilbert and Sullivan comic opera The Pirates of Penzance, with lyrics adapted from the American song "Hail, Hail, the Gang's All Here". The "It's a grand old team" section, however, bears no resemblance to "With cat-like tread".

With a little help from WIKI.
