Was a bit of revolt from the Toffeeweb forum mate, many of the original members here were posters on there and came across after getting the nod that here was starting. The Toffeeweb forum didn’t last that much longer after that and the fall out.

Trying to remember who was here in the early days…. D&D of course, Monty, Cal, Azul, Micknick, Gazdalf, Bruce Wayne, Welton Toffee, Latch, Tennessee Blue Mike, TX Bill, Suits Blue, Halewood Blue, RBJ, Rob Jarvis, Hayhee and Rob Japan - I’m sure I’ve missed a few. Think we even had Keith Shabs for a bit.

One of the Robs I think started another forum for a while and a few of us used to mess about over there but it didn’t last long and was a bit of everything not just Everton.

Not sure many are still posting, Monty was in a few years back, Bruce, Azul and Mick are still here, the two lads of course and Tennessee Blue Mike still knocks around. There is a Bill TX but not sure if it’s the original Bill.

It was tiny back then, but always good fun and good natured. More and more joined as the years went by to be what it is today, it changes of course as time passes as these things need to, to grow.

I joined when it was 1 year old after a short stint on Toffeeweb. All the people you mentioned were here plus the likes of Mikel's Goat, Reidy's Bottle of Grecian and Sharpy's Top Lip.

I felt like a little boy in a new school at first. Was just using my real name at first and had no idea about avatars. Azul and Micknick sorted me out.

Came here in 2017 from NSNO which is dominated by about 6 people ,too cliquey and woke for me. Never went back . Great site lads and lasses .

The funniest flounce of all time was when GhostofDixie was persuaded back by you...then flounced for a second time.

Utter gold.

On Toffeeweb: I always remember a distancing from any notion this place had any connection with TW. A big deal was made out of that when I first joined IIRC.
