Walk of Life was always played, I think in memory of a mascot (his fav song) who was very ill and after being mascot against Man Utd one afternoon went to sleep in his Kit & didn't wake up.

..yep, that's the tune I immediately thought of. I think it was a favourite record of the young Evertonian who was tragically killed in the Warrington bombing.
