Surprised he's going to Sunderland, fair play to them though, if he has a good season in the prem they'll flip him for £50m or so like we did Onana.
Like others have said, we aren't in a position to slap that kind of money down for a midfielder, RW and striker need to be the priority.

He’ll have a relegation release clause included there. If he’s as good as we think he’s going to be he won’t be at Sunderland long.
Maybe teams will be more inclined to see how he gets on at Sunderland.
