It’s two extremes mate and an ideological war. People were on their knees for him ready to fellate him when Iceland drew with Argentina. Talk of him “running the game” which was utter nonsense. Now the opposite side have plenty of ammunition for him based on today’s game. The truth is in the middle- he’s a decent premier league footballer. Been disappointing for us and can hopefully offer something more next year. Nothing special though and I struggle to see how some people rate him so highly.

Absolutely. He was actually MORE productive there than any other place debatably because he didn't take set pieces. He was great at Spurs.
