I've noticed that, since our new manager's been appointed, there's been some bad mouthing of gravy on this forum. This has to stop, gravy is ace.

It's not appropriate to mix it with mushy peas though.

Bisto is terrible, made slightly better by an oxo. Real gravy made from drippings is ace
Oh and some chippy “gravy” is great but probably worse for you than aids

I like to think that the idea of people asking for gravy on their fish is just some urban myth.

Many years ago I actually thought that jus was totally different to gravy.
I know better now though
