Well if they want to give him a heel turn that might just have been the perfect way to do it.

Well that was a bit of a weird comeback after a few years out and saying nothing at all,can only think its to turn him Heel as said so he can face punk at wrestlemania in a match i seen on the net could and might well happen,it could also mean Stephanie McMahon is comming back as well.

I have 2 theories about the rumble:
1 - Jericho wins the rumble and faces punk at mania. Simple enough.
2 - a bit more out there this one. The Rock enters the rumble at number 30 (or 40 if like last year) and wins to face Cena for the title at mania. This will obviously need Cena to win back the title at some point. Can see that happening.
Sadly this will probably mean The Rock loses at mania.
Anyway, just some ideas.

Brother called me and asked if I felt awkward watching the segment. In reality I was squirming. Bizarre stuff.
It was absolute genius. To turn a heroes welcome into bewildered dislike without saying a word and wearing a dazzling smile - absolute genius.
There was no way else to do it either. Even if he cost CM Punk the title, Y2J is so beloved the crowd would have cheered him for it.

But there and then rather than next week, was weird and somewhat of a let down but still plenty of time to make it good though.
Just a shame we had to witness the worst jacket since the last time Jericho was here.

Very true. Not many other wrestlers could get away with that.
It's a definite heel turn. It's actually in the vignettes too; you see the girl smiling happily and then suddenly becoming sullen and withdrawn.
I think we may have a Chris Jericho return where he doesn't say a word for a long, long time, which would be audacious given he's the best microphone worker other than The Rock ever to grace the WWE.

I don't get the girl thing. Who is she?! People say Stephanie, but she had very little to do with Jericho apart from a bit when he was Undisputed Champ beards ago.
