2 things on this:
1. Reigns vs Lesnar at Mania a few years ago was one of the better main events in years...
But more importantly
2. No way Vince goes a full year keeping these 2 apart, he'll do well to make it to summerslam.... The only reason he kept Cena and Rock apart for a year was because Rock wasn't around (and even then he spoiled that by making them a tag team at Survivor series)....

I like the idea of Reigns turning heel and joining HHH's new faction with Owens and Samoa Joe.... Could have HHH interfere with Taker vs Reigns at Mania.... Then the following night on Raw have HHH, Joe, Owens & Reigns all destroy Taker.... Then Jericho too....
Then set up another faction to feud with them (Rollins, Balor, Nakamura and possibly AJ)....
Only problem ofcourse with this is what happens with Lesnar and the Universal title....

I sort of agree.... But that said, the pop he got last year when he returned was as big as anyone has got in years..... Going by what they did on Smackdown this week, I'm expecting Shane vs AJ to be falls count anywhere Street fight (Shane needs a gimmick match)....shane is crazy so would imagine there's another few crazy stunts planned which should make it an entertaining match....

If Undertaker is to retire this year, then it would of been a huge draw to have Taker vs bray.
For me WWE has a load of athletes with very few having a personality. The point in wrestling was it was almost fairytale stuff, storylines and humour. bray Wyatt is one of very few stars were I still suspend reality in my own mind and enjoy the product.
Imagine a 6 month feud (last run for taker of course) where bray and the family victimised taker, only for taker to reform a ministry ? Using new talent to push them. That's how the rock became a star from farooq's guidance. Its how Kane started as kane against the undertaker. Shawn Michaels vs the likes of bret hart.
Basically its about using established stars to put over younger stars. Make the vets look strong then have the new blood underdog beat them in a huge match at say summerslam or survivor series.
I guess to a degree that's what Vince wants from Reigns vs Taker.

Vince has the attention span of a fruit fly, so that seems perfectly conceivable
