Hmmmm. One of Angle's other commitments (commentating for Dominant Wrestling on Friday night) is now not happening.

Much more chance of an appearance now.

Love if it happens.... Would have preferred a surprise appearance out of nowhere at the Rumble (then announce his Hall of Fame induction the following night on Raw).... But would still be a huge pop if he shows up Sunday now

Been thinking about it quite a lot, and my guess is Samoa Joe.

Highly unlikely that Angle will win. It's not even definite that he will be in it. The fact it would be so awesome almost makes it 100% certain it won't happen because you know, WWE.

They need to be careful with too many high profile shock entrants as there can only be 1 winner. So those who don't win need to be eliminated in a way that makes them not look lame. This can be done by setting up feuds with someone, but you can only do that so many times.

With Samoa Joe almost certain to be in it, Finn looking likely, and about 25/26 spots already taken there aren't that many spaces left for shock entrants now.

Especially when i've read bloody Eugene will be one of them!

Anyway, Taker to win, because they have no imagination.

To be honest this is the perfect year to suprise everyone and go for someone random. Jericho, taker, strowman, all predictable. Could even see ambrose winning it for the boring aspect but have him go to raw in the process.

Both, really. It would be a big upset, but perhaps they finally want to have a rumble outcome that isn't very very predictable? Undertaker is probably the favorite to win it, but I don't see the need of putting him in a title match at mania, as I'm sure he's gone again right after it anyways.
