Weirdly I'm starting to enjoy squats. Jumped up 10kg this week, to a slightly less embarrassing weight.

Gents regards protein shakes! Im currently using a PHD diet whey shake, but only using it after training.. Is this right ?
I know some have it every day ? any advice?

MyProtein 5kg unflavoured whey is less than £50 if you're struggling to afford taking PHD every day. Protein is expensive!

£50 worth of unflavoured whey protein gives you 4,000g of protein.

£50 worth of semi-skimmed milk gives you 4,090g of protein.

or £50 worth of whole Tesco (other brands may apply) chicken gives you around 4,350g of protein.

Just saying like ;)

Pretty sure I found it unfortunately

HA! Sorry mate.

I'll be honest i'm pretty made up with it. I've just stop pigging out on crap, and I've been doing 20k on our exercise bike nearly every night for the last month or so. Only like half an hour when I get home from work.

Aiming to get down a little more too.

Just had my lunch. A pear, a banana, and a satsuma (And some rib'n'saucy Nik Naks shhhhhhh).

I'd say to aim for 5 different protein sources a day, so whey, chicken, tuna, steak and eggs and the reason I say this is because each have different amino acids and it stops food from getting boring.

You may get more protein for the £ in chicken and milk but whey has the highest protein value than any other food.

Don't take it as I'm saying to rely on supplements the only times I would say to consume whey protein is first thing and post workout, always with water for faster digestion (unless its before bed)

Excellent choice of crisps, they're not quite Nice 'n' Spicy but not far off at all.

Oh and well done on the weight loss, I have many many stones to shift.

Nice n Spicy are decent. Very decent.

Scampi n Lemon are bang bottom of the Nik Nak league. Still alright though.
