Ouch. Unlucky lid, slowly with that like. How do you get around it?
Can't really. Been six years and its screwed my posture up. Would have to do a load of physio on it i suspect to have any chance of getting it back to normal. Tend to just plough straight through regardless of it really.

Nightmare that. I was going to suggest getting an in depth strengthening plan but I would guess you've been through all that lid. I had it when I pull a muscle and try to train through it but that's a drop in the ocean compared to that.

Just doing a lot of shoulder work and hope to christ it sorts itself out eventually. Back of the shoulders especially to pin them back a bit better. But enough of my sob story. You have that much time to go the gym btw? you are always bloody travelling.

Not that I'm anyone to give advice but I'd get specialist training on that mate, it will be worth paying money to see the right person to give that advice. It can be done like.

If I travel I try and stay in a hotel that has a gym or wherever I am there's never a gym too far away.
