Honestly mate, eat better food and after a week or two, you will feel much more active and healthy. Two lots of squash is plenty fine for now. Crap food makes a guy sluggish, a healthy attitude twinned with squash is a good enough programme.I think it really is that simple, I've just become properly lazy. You need to combine the two in order to get anywhere with it mate. Portion control and obviously cutting out the **** you put in in the first place would probably keep you interested in the gym. You can burn fat doing weights as well like, if it all gets a bit mundane.hard getting rid of your gut though mate.
