Maddison, you gonna draw me up some sort of fitness/weight loss plan? You seem like a man in the know about this kind of thing.
 
Just integrate some sort of cardio exercise into your daily routine and eat less junk food. Skim some of your portions down and you'll be sound.

I think it really is that simple, I've just become properly lazy. For example I'll happily go an batter myself playing squash twice a week, get home and order takeaway hahaha

Do you really want sex with Cheyrl? She is all that's wrong with the current state of blah blah blah blah. Honestly mate, eat better food and after a week or two, you will feel much more active and healthy. Two lots of squash is plenty fine for now. Crap food makes a guy sluggish, a healthy attitude twinned with squash is a good enough programme.

You need to combine the two in order to get anywhere with it mate. Portion control and obviously cutting out the **** you put in in the first place would probably keep you interested in the gym. You can burn fat doing weights as well like, if it all gets a bit mundane.
Obviously I defer to Maddison's superior knowledge on the matter. But once you get into it, it gets easier.

We're talking about some sort of office challenge, probably a run or some crazy long bike ride, so I'm gonna use that in my attempts to get fit I think. Someone suggested a Sky Dive but that doesn't really help with fitness, plus with my weight we're looking at some sort of horrific scene where the plan crashes to the ground.

FOR NOW, I honestly just want to get rid of my big fat juicy gut, Do you think its a waste of time me paying for a gym? Got a tred mill at home believe it or not aswell and i'm still paying
