It was a powerful shot but mis placed, why at the GK? Yeah good reaction from the goalie but plenty of places to head to and score.

Neverthless tho Gomes was fantastic overall. Goals can be missed. It wasn't the easiest one

..no way, Gomes tries to bury it from a yard, gets great contact. The only way he scores is by being more subtle or by mis-heading it.

Allison and Gomez have to be given a lot of credit. Allison was probably their best player and Gomez is looking very good.
