A ginger-haired extremist attempted to carry out deadly terror attacks by growing cyanide on Shredded Wheat, a court heard.

Mark Colborne, 37, who lived with his mother in Southampton, is also accused of plotting to murder Prince Charles to increase the chances of ginger-haired royal Prince Harry becoming king.

Colborne allegedly felt belittled because of the colour of his hair.
