I have to agree, I don't think we should judge youngsters until they have an extended run in the first team, Barkley's had much more this season and you can see a massive jump in his development. Same for gerard i suspect.
 
How come know one is singing about the Spanish kid in the tones of Harry Belafonte. 'Deu. Deu. Deulofeu will score one now!' Come on the blues. Arrrrrrggghhh
 
Did well when he came on. Apart from one or two games (Stoke at home being the most notable example) he's generally been better/more effective coming on from the bench this season.

As others have said, hope he stays another year. He'll boss European defenses :)
 
He's going to be better next year. I'd love to keep him. And actually if we don't get a striker in the offseason we might need some of his selfishness.
 
the boy needs to mix up his game... extremely predictable right now.

If only he would cut inside maybe 20-30% of the time, his drive to the touchline would be that much more successful.
