To be fair it is pretty disgusting the council is going to be pumping in 300 million, into a private organisation, in a time where the money needs to be spent elsewhere due to this hard times.

The £300m comes from a lending institution that Everton are borrowing from, LCC will be acting as the guarantor on the loan should the scheme go 7its up ......

Still doubt it’s the case but it’s a great deal for Everton if it is.

Because it sounds like the Tesco stadium ‘Its effectively free’.
