The final episode has been extended to 66 minutes (+ the ads) to tie up all the plot lines.

I hope not, swerve them boring little beauts and lets get stannis rolling

While Graves (finale director) keeps most details about the finale under wraps, he teases that "fans are going to find out what happens to Tyrion. They're going to see Jon Snow face-off with Mance Rayder once and for all. They're going to see many of the characters arrive at huge turning points in their stories."

From HBO's offical preview of "The Children" here, we do indeed see that Tyrion (Peter Dinklage) is awaiting his fate after being sentenced to die, Mance Rayder (Ciaran Hinds) threatening the Night's Watch, Daenerys (Emilia Clarke) dealing with her dragons, Bran (Isaac Hempstead-Wright) & Co. possibly reaching their destination, and Arya and the Hound (Maisie Williams, Rory McCann) encountering someone rather tall.

I've read the last 2 yeah.

Ok cool

so it looks like "The children" will be about Bran and the Children Of The Forest, the Stark children, the Lannister Children, Danny's children-( the dragons) and possibly a wildling child as well, gonna be epic, potentially the best episode so far

if stannis doesn't role up I'm gonna lose it, why do the tv show writers hate him

Gonna be ace but could be a tight squeeze, hopefully they haven't rushed any.

i've heard a few time the tv show guys aren't into the stannis character, which is a real shame, as in many ways he the most honourable guy left fighting for the throne, and far more interesting than dragon lady

They seem to love her don't they? I've one off her massively since reading the books.

I read the books after series 1 before Stannis was introduced, I had Mark Strong in my head as Stannis, I think he would have been excellent, took me awhile to get used to the guy they chose. I agree the show doesn't really highlight his devotion to doing the right thing.
