What a rushed episode, whoever filmed that or wrote the script deserves to be sacked, or alternatively beheaded like Ned Stark, the way they explained Grey Worm entering Meereen, well i say explain they didnt, he simply stumbled upon a secret passageway that conveniently led into the slaves quarters, what a ridiculous plot hole. Yes we get it Danery's is building a massive army of slaves and is going from one village to the next recruiting and killing slave masters along the way. How on earth she manages to feed thousands of these people especially when they are trawling through the desert in the hot and humid whether is nothing short of a miracle. Also what is up with the weird lesbo relationship between Brienne and Jamie, she clearly wants to bend over and get shafted by Jamie but acts like a 12 year old schoolgirl who has a crush on their PE teacher. Jamie as well man have some standards, he's like boning his hot sister and then starts developing feelings for Shrek, dude ....dude....such a stupid unrealistic storyline that is aimed at making insecure girls and boys love the show even more than they already do as they can relate to the supposed 'underdog'. Don't even get me started on the Tommen and Margaery story. This is the future king who is meant to have 4 guards standing outside his door to make sure no one gets in and a 8 stone female somehow manages to creep past them undetected. DA FUDGE. Not only that, Tommen looked like he had a boner throughout the whole scene and when Margaery kisses him im almost certain he climaxed. If Joffrey was known as the evil king then Tommen should be known as Sir Tommen of Premature Ejaculation. Lets hope it improves and we see some kick ass Jon Snow scenes and Tyrion finally escapes so we can stop having scenes with absolute dolts.

I agree that it did seem a bit hodge podge the other night. They seem to be putting together a lot of scenes for characters I find it hard to give a toss about at the moment when there are so many better stories to move on with.

The problem that i have been having with this series is that we are up to the half way point in the series this coming monday and ther eis nothing really you can say that has happened. All of the early promise of the trailer hasn't even come into fruition yet. Theon's sister is coming to rescue him, really? when is that exactly?

Anyone else think the actions scenes are a bit, well crap? Danaerys takes the city, no actions scenes actually made, Battle of blackwater, no action there. There really is a lack of action in GOT and you keep watching hoping there will be a change in that.

Oh and forgot, giant war went on, where was the action scenes? where was the scene where jamie was captured midbattle?

Money, it would cost a fortune to have the battles in. The battle the Nights watch had with the white walkers was boss in the book, should have been at the start of the 3rd series. Should get tasty in the next few weeks.

The series isn't all 'action and boobs' though.

It just confuses me when people watch an episode and say "Well, nothing happened!" just because there wasn't a huge battle or 200 white walkers attacking. Sometimes it's more about developing characters and showing the struggles and feuds between the families.

If you want boobs and fighting then there's always Spartacus (which has some fantastic boobs in it, can't remember the owner's name).

See they are missing the good bits of the book out and settling with jamie and brianne flirting with each other for 5 minutes an episode

Breaking bad was all about developing characters. GOt is set in an age where there are battles, a war, dragons, cities being liberated etc, yet they show none of it. Plus for all their character development, if they dont actually do anything of note by the end of it then it is a little bit of a let down.

Look perhaps it is just me, but everytime it seems like it is building up somewhere it doesn't and then, as moomin says, you find out it is just in the book instead.

The Hound ordering a plate of chicken in that Inn was pretty good, as action scenes go.

But someone else has already put it better - massed combat with hundreds of soldiers on each side (of which there is plenty in the books) is simply cost-prohibitive to film.

'KIN GET IN THERE HODOR LAD!

For a few minutes there I thought ''Oh here we go again, another Stark kid getting kidnapped''
