answer: yes 100%

2nd question - what is asking price?

answer: no specific price in a prospectus, depend on this and that. ballpark figure - £125 million.

3rd question - are there interested parties today?

answer: James Group - India - was interested in everton. Didn't go through. A prospectus has gone out, a party in the middle-east that is interested in EFC.

4th question - why no sale of EFC?

answer: honestly, stadium issue is a big problem - 3 sides of it surrounded by council housing etc.. its a tough project compared to man city's situation. Can't redevelop everton, so must move.

125 million just shows what BK is taking 'his' club for a ride. £75m would be a better and more realistic figure. what a joke

75m *is* pretty much 125m once they clear the debt. It's insane. Keeping the debt in mind I'd struggle to justify more than 50m.
