The mad thing about that game is that you couldn`t really say anyone played badly.

Players faded, but that was to be expected after the midweek international games in far away places.

The whole team just retreated for the whole of the second half.

I nearly died a few times [a few days after i nearly choked to death and really], typical Everton make very hard work Of it, just watched pen miss and 2nd fulham goal and 83seconds in between both, we dont even give ourselves time to get away with it

Alex Iwobi hands down first half Motm but for me, over the 90 minutes, DCL for his all-round effort.

...made hard work of that. We are a different team and carry genuine threat when we play with tempo and purpose in the top third but we then sit in and are sloppy in possession.

We defend poorly and attack well. Ancelotti and the coaches need to address that balance.

Many looked dead on their feet near the end. DCL & Iwobi deserve mention, whilst Richarlison makes such a difference but I went for Digne as MoM. Assisted two goals and laid another on a plate for Richarlison. He got too tight to Lookman for their 2nd goal, but he was the one who was most competent in possession during those scary last 15mins.

Best performance in an Everton shirt by a mile from Iwobi, couldn't give him MOTM though as DCL was terrific. Another in a long line of great Everton number 9's in the making.

Nightmare second half which we might put down to our failures but give Fulham full credit; they were excellent coming forward and their possession was 10 time better than ours. They did not really go close to scoring but their constant pressure was a nightmare for us supporters. We looked like a 3rd division team out of our depth in that second half. And yet Pickford hardly had a save to make. A strange game and 3 lucky points.

Excellent 1st half and tried to be disciplined 2nd half.

Couldn’t pass to an Everton player 2nd half. Davies helped when he came one. He’s actually good at blocking and being a nuisance I think.

Watching that feels like a loss. Fulham are god awful and they ran rings round us in the second half.

Letting in another two again today .. missed pen ... our defence is a massive concern . Mina is no where near good enough. His positioning for the first was terrible and why is he not looking at the ball when trying to block it for the second .

Subs def helped both teams but the most important thing is the 3 points but def more work to be done.

Agreed....thought the main problem was we got no help from Sigurdsson and Davies when they came on with fresh legs....constantly gave possession away, and neither showed DCLs work rate
