Im gonna say the Cyclist did it. some of his account are strange. British family killed, found by a ex military British cyclist, he seen the French cyclist moments before then seen him dead.

your theory is interesting...we had famous tragedy in Finland where few yougsters were killed in their tent while camping...the killer was probably one of those youngsters..he hitted him self with a rock and knife (if I remember right) and for a long time he was considered to be a victim too...he became suspect much later but there was no enough evidence...
