Think he got his subs, which have been a bit of a weakness imo, correct today although just 5 mins earlier would have eased my nerves a bit!

Starting McNeil, and him getting the winner, will hopefully have the same “arm around the shoulder” confidence boost that we saw with Iwobi.

I neither get too giddy when we get results or call for everyone to be sacked when we lose but even during those 6 games without a win there was little signs we were moving in the right direction.

Lets let the man get on with his job. It's still going to be a bumpy ride with the squad we've got but he's already made an impact here. Last thing this club needs is yet another manager.
