I don't care; they have looked rubbish in the last 15 PL matches...

How many of those did we win?
Sigh. The point I am making is that these players are adept at conning the manager in training and throwing in shocking performances on a match day, as has been alluded to by multiple managers. Frank needs to clear out the mentality monsters in our side.

I didn’t see the game but was reading the match thread, I had concerns that jarrad looked really raw limiting our options going forwards, could anyone comment? We need clean sheets, it is imperative.

Branthwaite was poor tbh. Not helped by the fact he got clocked by Pickford early on. But I just don't think he's yet suited to playing in a back three when we want to have more of the ball.

It was always going to take time, we were spoilt on Saturday with a fairytale start against a poor Brentford side. It’s only game two. Although we lost last night I still think there was improvements to tapas tits set up. Up until Mina went off we were doing ok. To lose two of our best players so early was our undoing, I don’t think many sides would be able to cope if it happened to them.

Onwards and upwards. Leeds at home Saturday. We can beat them. COYB.

I think Frank should take it to an extreme and transfer list the whole first team squad.
Then let them play for their contract extensions and bonus.
See how many of them want to stay and fight for Everton.

Bunch of frauds a lot of them.

He has a big job but I have confidence that he and his team will find the right formula to make us tick.

Against Brentford, I think we all saw that he wants us to be play with the ball and be more positive.

Last night v Newcastle, we held our own and once the injuries came, it forced his hand. Possibly could have went with Van de Beek instead of Dele but Gray is more attacking so the right call.

He needs to make a big call in Coleman, as captain he just isn't up to the task as right back let alone right wing back. He has to be dropped.

Moyes came in during a negative period and he kept it easy, got the fight back and shook it up but he binned those players like Gazza etc who didn't have or need to fight.

Lampard has just lost 2 of his "better" centre backs, our best player this season out for a few weeks and we have to intergrade Dele, Van de Beek, Patterson and Mykolenko which I hope we do v Leeds because they will have more fight and make more of a impact than our current crop.

Do you believe that if you say this enough it will become a self fulfilling prophesy? You have posted the same thing loads and loads of time since Lampard came in. Its almost like you want it to happen, so you can be proved right.

Enough with the provocation, let's just give Lampard a chance to repair the damage we have suffered and try to keep us up.

I don’t see any reasonable fan turning on Lampard any time soon, they are all too well aware of the mess our previous manager left behind.
Mate, are you honestly telling me after 6 years of hounding managers out Lampard will be handed the rest of this season to get it right if things aren't going well?

What a bizarre claim - if that is your claim.

Which managers were hounded out - by that I take it you mean forced out by fan unrest, when results/performances suggested they should have been kept on?

L

Are club contribute to are fans woes is a
FACT.
Simple show a bit of effort and bottle.
The fans will get behind the team.
The fans are the least of are problems.
The board are a joke.
The club are run like a local corner shop.
The players signed with no plan.
Does anybody actually look into are signing characters before we sign them , that's a problem because to many are after a pay day or mentally weak as p water.
Any fan that's got behind kenwright over the years is a problem
I will give you that.

When we're behind in games the fans of the last few years - certainly since Moyes left - are getting on the backs of players and then they fold. There's no doubting that a Goodison crowd can influence a game....in either direction.

They can turn defeats into draws and draws into wins...and they can also help turn draws into defeats and wins into draws.

There is going to come a point where a manager needs to be supported and given time to ride out a wave of bad results. Even the Moyesiah went on long bad runs occasionally and the club stuck with him.

We haven't given managers a chance.

I'll hold my hand up and say Koeman I wanted out. He'd spent massively and he'd wasted it. So in his second season I wanted him gone. The others I've supported to the hilt.

Silva should have been left longer to turn us around.
