Mikel Arteta Amatriain, so by your way of thinking, he doesn't count as well. The same probably goes for some of the other players as well.

Correct, as SC says, Joseph Yobo's ridiculous deflection off Mascherano's shot in 2009.

Strangely, despite quite a few having played for both clubs, before Mane and Salah came along there had only been one African scorer of a regular goal in a derby - Berry Nieuwenhuys, a South African who played for Liverpool in the 30s and 40s.
