Im honestly surprised we are still in the top 30.

Next season though should see us jump up to around where West Ham are and back into the top 20, our spending power on players this summer will be huge.

I think for the highest priority games, their highest price is £120, which is scandalous.

A token gesture of 1,000 tickets released at lower prices.
I agree, it’s shocking. And it’s proving people out of games. But while there’s always people willing to pay it, then owners wont really care.

West Ham have the added luxury of Globally, people are obsessed with the PL.

West Ham is by far and away the most accessible London Team to get tickets for, due to its sheer size.

They must clean up on the tourist front.

And even now, with our seismic move close, our stadium will still be smaller than those of United, Liverpool, Arsenal, Spurs, West Ham, and City, and only of the same magnitude of Newcastle's, with Chelsea still to upgrade. Even Leeds will be matching us soon.

We lost 30 years. We better have a plan to expand the new stadium too. No time for resting on laurels. It's an arms race. We have definitely won the race to have the most beautifully-located stadium contest. But beauty can be monetised only so far. All we've done is jumped back ahead of Aston Villa.
Would rather buy land around and redevelop into a wider multiuse site that drives income year round. Hotels, bars, restaurants, retail etc

A huge Hotel with bars, restaurants etc on the other side of the Nelson dock would be a money spinner not just for match days but gigs and other events too. Similar to what City are currently doing with their ground expansion.

It'd be the dream.

But it's taken City Football Group nearly 15 years to get that, but seemingly they have their fingers in every pot, including the recently developed Co-Op Live Arena.

If the friedkin group can even get us 5% of what City have, then we'll be in for a right treat. That's for the whole City too.

What CFG have done for that horrible area of Manchester is magnificent.
