FM 21 was awful, I couldn't get a handle on it at all. Probably down to me and having little patience

I lose interest in every football manager game as soon as regens start to appear, so basically after one season.

Might grab it - haven't played since 2017 I don't think. Getting far too detailed now though; almost a second job trying to manage a team these days.

2021 annoyed me as we always start off getting new stadium but disappears almost immediately and despite all the links we have made with clubs in south america, usa, australia etc and sligo none will show up ;-( Its really gone down in terms due to previous versions

At first, I incorrectly read the last two words and I actually felt mine were more suitable.

Used to love playing years back. From Champ Man 97 onwards.

I found it become a bit of a ball ache though. A game of this is now more work than my day job. It lost its plug and play factor IMO and the reduced versions are too reduced.

Got FM21 and it hooked me like 15 did, still playing now so prob won't bother with FM22 until they reduce the price.

Can't beat the old champ man's though - cherno samba, tonton Zola moukoukou, Kennedy Bakircioglu - my Everton legends!

Started a game with random club option. I ended up at Diósgyőri VTK in Hungary. First thing I did was sign Adebayo Akinfenwa on loan to combine my need for a big lad up top with annoying the racist element at the club.

In real life they got relegated. I finished 2nd and am now filling up the squad with cheap lower league South Americans for my tilt at Europa Conference glory. Or at least making it through the qualifying rounds.
