Going to knock up a bank holiday Masala tomorrow. My 12 year old daughter is in charge of the base, if she stays the course it'll be boss.Thawed a batch of curry base, have knocked a monster jalfrezi together in the slow cook, the garlic is coming through the walls. Watch out next week.

I like chucking vinegar about (silence at the back!!) as I find it helps cut some of the flavour in parts, it's also right handy tanking a few lagers. May go half half.Not my place to say, but I would always go rice.
