If mitrallas lukaku or Coleman aren't fit for next Saturday then a draw is the best we can hope for. I said this at the end of last season we need at least 2 main strikers that can cover each other. Love Naismith but he plays off someone. Not gunna see mitrallas and rom until probably the arsenal game or after. Gunna be playing catch up and I've got a feeling we have again left our signings too late

I think that this is Bobby playing mind games in the style of SAF. They may not all start the game but I have a feeling in my waters that Rom and Kev will start. Especially Rom, kev is easier to cover but we need our battering ram up top if we want the points. Naisy is just too nice, he is the nicest person in the premier league but we need some more bite up top.

It's far too risky to play them both for 90 minutes. Well they won't play 90 that's a certainty.

So do you start them and then bring them off second half, or leave them on bench and bring them on second half?

Think Rom will be on the bench for the Leicester game. Miralass probably not involved, Coleman again would think on the bench.

Odds are even if we pulled in another striker before 16 Aug, they probably won't be fit either!

Naismith it is.....

I always thought Traore was a done deal, been surprised we haven't seen that one yet. Plus I think we will get more than 1 loan in so he could be the one.

Yeah me too. I would say he's now a back up option. There if we can't bring other options in.

I'd love to get Remy on loan. He wouldn't be just a back up but genuine competition for Rom and can also play from wide in a 3. Plus be nailed on to score against that lot!!

We need some first 11 capable signings, not just these young back up types.

More of the besics, less of the Traore's.

Robles
Hibbert Duffy Distin Baines
Neville Osman
Shandy Osman Gauye
Strac

or...

Howard
Stones Jagielka Distin Baines
McCarthy Barry
McGeady Barkley Mirallas
Lukaku

We've come a long way, baby COYB

Wouldnt be suprised to see that backup striker we have. Think his name is Kone. He better at least put half a shift in before hes crock again. Only time will tell if weve done the right thing on our wc players. If we can scrape 4 points from the first two games.

Then the plan has succeeded.

...can't see Kone, Mirallas or Lukaku starting at Leicester. I think, he'll have to go with Naismith up top. It will be a really difficult game, have to wonder when the 2 Belgians will be introduced with 2 tough home matches to follow and neither having game time.

Roberto said this week that Kev I'd ahead of Rom in terms of fitness because he came back earlier.
