Don't know lads it doesn't sound good, what the article actually says (google gives a pretty bad translation) is he's got a partial tear in a knee tendon. Guess that'd be the patellar? Not a doctor. Hope he doesn't need surgery but it sounds like one of them things that could linger.

Last time I checked mate my Patella was my kneecap....tears happen in the tendons and ligaments around the knee cap quite commonly , sometimes surgery can help with this as you get 'floating' bits of debris in the joint which can cause pain, this is generally known as a washout..... other times , after a bit of rest , a player can carry on playing with only minor discomfort until the tear worsens which sounds a silly thing to do but it's really not. Obviously I'm no pro footballer but I've had 2 washouts on 1 knee over the years and have a couple of tears in the other which although sometimes uncomfortable are not getting any worse quickly and I am quite active even at my age.

isnt he on 4 yellows so 5 would be a one match ban? We can easily beat QPR without him but the RS pick up their game for us. Well it is their cup final after all. It could be a bit of tactical fibbery.

Lolz.

Suarez will get a penalty and Jagielka will get sent off.

Suarez will headbutt Jags, fall over crying, and get Jags sent off. Then Brenda will say in the post match that Suarez has a brittle forehead and that Jags intentionally wound him up and Luis is being victimised once again.
