Fellaini Has A Big Decision To Make

Reading through redcafe there, the rest of the prem, apart from the obvious deluded whoppers over the park, have really caught on to how good Felli is, I dont know whether to be proud for him as weve argued it for ages, or be gutted as it increases the clamour for him to leave

20% to Liege as well. We will be lucky to get back what we paid for him in profit.

Most sell on clauses relate to a percentage of any profit that has been made.

So if there actually is a 20% sell on clause, it will be 20% of any profit that is made

Just read an article on Toffeeweb saying Fellaini will stay if Everton finish fourth. Doesn't feel right for him to say that...

Putting some real pressure on his teammates saying that

Look at it this way - Fellaini believes the squad can get fourth; he's simply challenging them to go out and do it.

That's the way I'm reading it. He's a winner, he wants the squad to prove they're also winners.

im getting to the point where felli comes comming out with this crap he can just go because everton cant mean that much to him if he is saying finish 4th or were finished .. either that or his head is growing .. .yes felli your a good player but not irreplaceable

I'd be 10000x times more annoyed if he came out and said "I'm happy with the club scraping into the top 10."

He's a player with ambition, what's the harm in that? I'd rather have eleven players with Fellaini's attitude on the pitch, rather than the David Moyes "taking a whoopee cushion into a bazooka fight" negative mindset.

he just sounds like he is bigger than the club atm

Least someone has come out and said 'let's go for fourth' instead of 'happy to finish above liverpool/would be a massive achievement to finish above Liverpool/Aiming for 7th'

With Tubey an Brennan on this, excatcly why felli shold be skipper, hes a winner, when people dont meet his standards he gets annoyed, he doesnt come out with a load of boring cliches and tell us how lucky we are to be as high as we are

Not really. He's said he's perfectly happy to stay at Everton if the club qualify for the Champions League. He's not saying he's bigger than the club, he's saying he is good enough to be playing at the highest level. It's up to the board and the rest of the team to match that ambition.

I wish there were more players with that attitude.

I'm expecting 100% from Fellaini until the end of the season after these comments, if he thinks he's good enough to play in a Champions League side then he's got to show it
