Favourite pub/pubs by BMD

Tend to walk from town. Cba with a 40 min walk non stop, so walk down Vauxy and have a pint in The Eagle and Glasshouse, then in the Dock Wall. They break the walk up well. Sometimes vary it a little with Shennanigans, Ship and Mitre, Excelsior, Ten streets.

Other times had a Guinness or 5 in Lanigans and jumped the train from Central 30 mins before ko.

No set routine, just whatever I feel like.

Not a massive fan of any of them tbh...

Bluehouse and Terrace - both far too busy, but to be expected given proximity to the stadium.

The Bramey Moor - only been in once, and whilst it is at least a 'proper' pub, it is a bit of dive and the Guinness was dreadful.

Bar coast - like someone's living room.

Bramley social - just drinking in a big shed really. Positive Is the bars massive so get served really quick. Negative is you pay about £7 for the privilege and can't really hear yourself think in there.

All of the 10 streets bars I've found much of a muchness. Certainly not a fan of the live music so actively avoid 10 streets social. Not tried the Dock Wall yet and that looks worth a try.

Would be great if some of the old pubs on Vauxhall could be reopened.

you’d think more would pop up

I've found Fliers quite good and easy to get served. It's the interactive golf driving range. Very fast behind the bar and have outdoor area too which surprisingly we've used in the winter a few times when we've had games in day light!

Not been to any since forest because of the dud night games, had to miss arsenal sadly which probably would’ve been the drunkest I’d been at an Everton game

Best pint was outside Bramley Moore Pub vs Brighton, they were selling pints outside and it felt like Goodison Road, sadly that’s been clamped down on since

Been Bramley Social a few times pre match, mainly because of proximity and it being less rammed than likes of the BM pub, ten streets and invisible wind. So so loud in there it’s ridiculous, always had to drink outside

Been ten streets and invisible wind a good few times post match, then heading up to the Denbigh and railway

Started to drink more pre and post match in Bramley Moore pub for the palace, spurs, Newcastle and forest games

Also been partial to a couple on the plaza after the game, was great after the palace and forest wins, and allows for the foot traffic to die down

I know a couple of people who had a row with the Kopite door staff of the bramley social laughing and taking the mick out of blues so I stay out of there. Rats

Bramley Moore is a great boozer , feels like a proper pub which are scarse by the ground .

Dockwall seems decent so far . We could do with one on the walk to/from dale st other than that brewery
