Favourite FA Cup game.

Probs the 1995 win for everyone I'd imagine.
I'd imagine so, other than that, beating United (2009) on penalties was a nice one. Beating Liverpool along the way that year too (gosling last minute extra time in the replay) was a pretty sweet result.

…..I’d go for the Southampton semi-final at Highbury. I was playing myself back then and there were very few live games, I remember listening to the radio commentary of the latter stages with my teammates in a pub.

It’d been so long since we’d seen success and the feeling when Heath scored was unforgettable.
I was right behind the goal when that went in, and got buried under a mass of limbs. Great times indeed.

West Brom was January 74. Apparently, the first (4) Sunday games were played earlier that month in the third round. The first being Cambridge v Oldham at 11.15! and we think the times are daft now.🤣
The Cup game against Shrewsbury was played on a Sunday in January 1983.
1974 rings a distant bell as I think there was a miners' strike in progress then, and games were played at unusual times to avoid turning on the floodlights and using up electricity produced from coal.

One that I always remember well was Bristol City 1995, total quagmire of a pitch, they absolutely battered us,big lad upfront for them was full on Beto that day thankfully 😉🤣 squandered 3 or 4, remember thinking I'd have been made up with a replay them Matt Jacko lashed the winner in from 20 yards, Pandemonium 🤣🤣🤣
