If Farhad has done what people have been screaming at him to do for years, and leave footballing decisions to the football people, then 100% Thelwell needs to go right alongside Frank. If -and it's a big IF- it is the DOFs call and not the owner to allow Lampard to go from defeat to defeat to teams all around us, it is extreme negligence that has all but ended this clubs status in the top flight. Yet he'll skip away without so much of a question being asked in his direction.
