We have hired Dyche because a) We refuse to look outside of the PL experience group of managers. Also b) The majority of existing managers within that group won't touch us with a barge pole because of our league position and also the chaotic infrastructure within the club and how we insist on doing things. It is scaring managers off, they don't want to work here.
