Moshiri is going to want his money back and that isn’t likely to happen with some huge 500m investment into a stricken club that will be struggling in the Championship or worse! The likelihood is that he will sell the ground to venture capitalists who will lease it back to us and we will have no asset that was promised/coveted! We are right royally screwed and he knows it.

They do this every time. Nothing will be changed apart from one or two extras on the board. Same tactic they use when there's fan unrest: Investment coming, club up for sale and a strategic review taking place. We like sheep fall for it hook, line and sinker every time and then the cycle repeats. They really do think we're dumb.
