Was nice to hear from him for a change. We need to get behind Frank and the team but the need for change within the club continues. He obviously wasn't going to throw the chairman under the bus in a club communication and he is clearly going nowhere. What we need now is a strong structure where Frank and a DOF (Cahill maybe) are left alone to do their jobs.
