Player Valuation: £70m
This Sunday’s FA Cup with Budweiser Sixth Round draw will see one of football’s most well known names reunited with a top honour from the game.

Peter Reid auctioned his FA Cup runners up medal from 1986 to raise funds for Plymouth Argyle, but, after parting company with the Home Park side last year, The Football Association made a decision to issue a replacement to the former Manchester City and Sunderland manager.

Reid was part of the Everton team that lost 3-1 to Liverpool in the 1986 FA Cup Final with Ian Rush scoring twice and Craig Johnston netting for the Reds after Gary Lineker had put the Toffees in front.

Capped 13 times by England, Reid will receive his medal when the Sixth Round draw kicks off on FATV and ITV1 at 4.10pm.

Joining Reid as a draw guest will be Wayne Allison who recently accepted a new role with The FA at St. George’s Park, the new national football centre in Burton upon Trent set to open later this year.

The Chief made over 750 club appearances in a 21-year career that saw him play for Sheffield United in the 2003 FA Cup Semi-Final against Arsenal at Old Trafford.

Allison also scored the winner as Tranmere Rovers dumped Reid’s Sunderland out of The FA Cup Fourth Round at Prenton Park in 2000.

Just eight balls will go into the draw on Sunday as the competition reaches the quarter final stage. The winners of the four ties will each receive £360,000 from The FA's Prize Fund.

Here are the draw numbers;

1 Liverpool or Brighton & Hove Albion
2 Everton or Blackpool
3 Chelsea or Birmingham City
4 Crawley Town or Stoke City
5 Stevenage or Tottenham Hotspur
6 Norwich City or Leicester City
7 Sunderland or Arsenal
8 Millwall or Bolton Wanderers

*Ties to be played over the weekend of 17 March. Match may be scheduled for the Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Monday.

We criticise them rather a lot and it is 99.9% deserved, but on this occasion, credit where it's due, they have recognised something and then set about marking that recognition for someone that went above and beyond for a cause. Well done Reidy, and well done the FA.

Edit: The filth at Goodison please... hang on, next round is semi's which are wrongly played at Wembley. See, see. Try to be nice to the FA and they have so much going against them.

To be honest if you're looking to go all the way, you've got to say the draw could have been kinder. Not in terms of drawing Blackpool, I just mean that you'd hope for the remaining top teams to not be spread out so thin. Sunderland vs Arsenal is the only all premier league tie.

dude, it is all the same. if we win, we win.

you didnt see us winning against city or shelski either.

Actually I did reckon we'd beat Chelsea. They're gash.

I don't know though mate. Maybe. I suppose we struggle just as much against the teams we should beat, so really there's no good draw.

Hopefully a good performance tomorrow though.

One to eight of 16 teams, so games not at wembley. see, see how aggravating the FA can be.

Reid to pick us out at home vs you know who. Could we be looking at two Derby's within a couple of weeks of each other?
