I remember living in Singapore in 2019 and trying to find a place where it was possible to get a peek of the track during the race.

Jumped over a barrier that was on a bridge and actually was able to stay there for a good 15 minutes before a security guard came and ushered us away.

They really make it impossible with all the signage and security.

Or unless you're happy to pay the excessive entry prices.... right now, however, I doubt anyone will be missing much here in a pretty tepid race.

Exactly yeah - I recall colleagues of mine paying about $400 SGD for the cheapest weekend tickets. No chance!

I went in 2013. Our seats were too close to the track in the middle of a straight so we only lasted about 5 laps. Couldn’t properly follow the race and couldn’t hear each other. So we just went and got drunk and watched it on the big screens.

A different sport, however I once went to the Grand National and the only horse I saw all day was on a TV from the Guinness tent. What a marvellous day!

It was ok. Also had Rihanna playing a set at the end which at the time was something I enjoyed. Probably wouldn’t be that bothered about that now

They really gave Hamilton the absolute worst strategy lol

Only driver on softs in first stint which turn out to be slower than medium and then pit him way earlie than everyone he is racing and he's now 7 seconds behind his team mate on older tyres who he was ahead of when he originally pitted.
