Haven't watched them personally but the names that are decent apparently;

Hallam Hope- Brilliant one week not mentioned the next. Who knows eh?

George Green- The next wayne rooney apparently

John Lundstrum- The next gerrard apparently. Also Barkelys bezzie mate from the academy

Courtney Duffus- gets good words said about him

Tyrus Browning- Mainly from this site, he is meant to be a great full back in the making

What happened to Grant?

Featured pre-season then recall he was injured, any timeline on him? What's he done?

That Brewster kid is supposed to be the next big talent coming through.

This thread is the first I have heard of this lad, is he that good? Where does he play?

I thought Ryan Ledson was a player who is supposedly highly thought of at the club.

Think Ledson is thought of very highly but he is only 16. He is the England U-17 captain if I remember correctly.

Browning has had great things said about him this year by Stubbs and also by Martinez in that really long Followtonians interview. Spoke about him as though he will be the next to step into the first team picture which would seem to be going to plan given he has been on the bench recently.

It's a hard question to answer, all you can really say is who's doing well for this stage of their development. People tend to run away with names, pretty much like the opening post of this thread!

Jonjoe Kenny and Ryan Ledson are doing well at this stage. Everton withdrew Kenny from England U17 duty so he could play in 2 U21 games for Everton against Man City and Reading instead, he's keeping Ben McLaughlin out of the team so he's doing well.

Obviously everyone knows about Ryan Ledson now and like Kenny he's doing better at this stage than would be expected. I like James Graham, but he needs to be a bit more forceful and aggressive.

...Joe Williams is the youngster I like. Certainly appears to be 'doing well for this stage of his development'. As far as I understand he's just about the youngest regular at U21 level and not yet on a pro-contract. Slips under the radar because he's not the fancy type. I watched him against Man Utd when he gave as good as he got against Anderson.

Won't make it with us. He'll be a good League 1 / Championship midfielder.

Hope will go at the end of his contract. He looked really good at 16 but not really continued to improve.
