I've finished off the rest of the league and it's quite a mixed picture:

• Leicester are the only team with an age range similar to ours, though less extreme
• Burnley have had one appearance of an under 25 player all season
• West Brom, Brighton and Huddersfield all have very few youth appearances
• We have best <21 representation in the League

Everton's graph is just weird. Like the inverse of what you would expect a properly planned club to look like. We just seem to have got lucky in so far as plunging the kids in they have coped better than you would expect

Its not hard like you are saying...3 seasons, 1 a season with the 4th season where we make the big push.

If it was inverted we'd have loads of players on the verge of retirement...

Why not just give some credit, its fantastic planning.
