Everton Youth Teams Thread

Nathan Broadhead seems to have been developed from a skillful winger into a central/ no10 goal scoring role. I was intrigued to see that the lineup was down as " 4 4 1 1 " with Lavery initially no9 , Broadhead behind him, and that Lavery was down as Captain. That's quite an accolade for a 16 year old centre forward playing his first PL U18 game. It suggests they are seeing leadership qualities in training ..... or they put the C on the wrong player on the team sheet

Wish they would broadcast the games! I would pay to watch the u21 on evertontv.

Holgate is not playing, a indication that he will play against barnsley? Also no McAleny and Pennington.
I mentioned this to someone that works for Everton a while ago, he said they were working on it but that was probably a year ago so I'm guessing it came to nothing.

Would it really cost that much to do a live stream? They record the whole game anyway
We show a few of our youth team games live on our YouTube channel, about 6/7 where live last season but we tent to kickoff 13-00 on Mondays most of the time, but it can be done if we do it. No commentary and only one camera but it's still okay to watch for free

You guys have a separate TV deal to us though, I'm pretty sure the Premier League deal will give Sky/BT the rights to show them if they choose to, they do occasionally, like the under 21 Mersey derby last week.
