I had already decided I was going to go to some games next season.
Signing these players has clinched it for me.
Made 6 signings so far including Connolly and Bowler.

Well the club appointed him as Director of Academy last year , so he’s much more than U23s Manager as he has involvement with other age groups too. It would be interesting to hear where he thinks his future ultimately lies , maybe as a Director of Football as opposed to a managerial post.

I'm sure he wanted the 1st team manager job at one point but probably realises now it's unlikely to happen, so as you say maybe director of football.
Possibly succeeding brands at some point which would make all his admirers on here ecstatic lol
