Switched on half way through 2nd half to see us threatening and hacked about every time we looked threatening. Decided var wasn't playing until it insisted on a red. It was a cynical foul - I hate them - but opposition players get a yellow for that every time.... and Newcastle not even a card.

Have to say I haven’t heard shearer doing co-commentary much, but he was actually decent, obviously he is a Newcastle fan, but he wasn’t overly biased. Still a bit of a joke that Amazon have him and Les Ferdinand on the show and not a single ex Everton player. I guess all the ex Liverpool players were busy.
